Workplace stress and workplace trauma are not the same. Workplace trauma is what happens when work leaves wounds that do not clock out when we do. When we experience trauma in the workplace, it affects every part of us - our bodies, our minds, our emotions, our sense of self and identity. We blame ourselves, we accept internal and external gaslighting, we do not acknowledge it’s a primal and natural response to harmful environments as our amygdala flares. Workplace trauma can manifest as PTSD, C-PTSD, anxiety, depression, and compromised immune systems. This package is for women who have or want to walk away from toxic workplaces and are ready to understand how workplace trauma has impacted them. As a corporate refugee, I have personally lived it and want to educate women through consulting and support women to heal and rebuild on her own terms using coaching.
